Who or what provoked the Waco massacre? What was the result of it? In the book, No More Wacos, the BATF is quoted as stating that David Koresh was the one responsible for starting the battle at Mount Carmel Center in Waco. Watching the documentary, Waco: the Rules of Engagement, I could see from the evidence shown that David Koresh did not start the battle at Mount Carmel.
Yes, it was true that David Koresh married and had sexual relationships with teenage girls ranging from fourteen to seventeen years old as well as with married women for the purpose of getting them pregnant. In Texas, and other states girls 14 may marry with parental consent. And since when did religious-based polygamy become a matter for the Treasury Department's BATF to stamp out?
One of the things I am upset about is the fact that the BATF and FBI shot and killed men, women some carrying children in their arms as they ran out of the burning Mount Carmel building. How in the world could they do that? What sort of men would it take. Nazis?
The BATF and FBI also said the the women and David were guilty? Guilty of what? Not paying a federal treasury tax on weapons? That could not be proved. Guilty of shooting at federal agents who fired on their home from helicopters? The courts have long ruled that people are allowed to fire back if attacked even by federal agents. What were they guilty of? If you ask me, I think that the BATF gunmen and their supervisors were guilty of second degree murder and the FBI agents and their supervisors were guilty of premeditated first degree murder. BATF and FBI agents claimed that they did not shoot first. But when you watch Waco: The Rules of Engagement, if you look very carefully, you can see that the shots fired first were coming from the outside going into the building, not from the inside of the building going outside. Another thing that gets me, is the fact that the FBI used tanks to run over the grave of one of the Davidians who had killed by BATF agents. How could they do that?
The BATF and FBI probably are not sorry for what they did. They probably don't even care. They were just trying to get revenge. I am still wondering, if we will ever really know the real truth about the battle at Mount Carmel? And what truths and lies are the BATF and FBI are hiding from us. The front door of the Center could help prove "who fired first" during the BATF raid. After the massacre it was removed by FBI agents as important evidence. Later FBI officials told Congress that they could not find it! I mean something that big just doesn't disappear. They know where it is, but they won't show it to us because they don't want to pay the consequences. Will we ever find out what really happened to it?
The whole point of this essay is that, WE ARE All LOSING OUR FREEDOM. We are losing it and we need to stop it. We need our freedom, and we want it back. But stupid cowards like those BATF and FBI agents, and the do-nothing congressmen, are taking it away. We must come together as a team to stop them; to fight to win our freedom back. We must stop anyone who is trying to deprive us from having our freedom. I will help to fight for freedom, because "I deserve freedom, and so do you!"
